Lot 1 the old established Public House known by the sign of the Crown and Glove at Stannington, with barn, cohouse, vacant ground, outbuildings and appurtenances, etc; Lot 2 a cottage with small garden in Upper Gate, Stannington; Lot 3 a close of land in upper Gate; Lot 4 another close of land known as the Cricket Field, opposite Stannington Church.
