Information from Malcom Nunn, Bradfield Archives: This is an image used in slide lectures/ magic lantern shows by photographer Mr. Peacock. His notes to accompany the lectures also included some of his experiences while taking the photograph: Another view looking up the river. Mr. Shaw's house stood on the hill side behind the mill. He could not go to the assistance of his men because he was surrounded by water.
