Information with the photograph This is the famous 14-H.P.Bean car (registration number 52949) which crossed the Australian Continent from Sydney to Port Darwin and back - a total distance of 6,278 miles. The car afterwards won a medal in the Lands End John O'Groats trials 1925. |
