Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 29th and 30th, 1866,

the performances will commence with the thrilling drama, in three acts, entitled the

Four Knavesand The Pack!

Or,

A Game of Life and Death for the Odd Trick.

To be followed by the successful original serio-comic Spanish Ballet d’Action, invented and produced by Mr Carl Rowella, entitled The

Elixir of Love!

Or, The Mock Doctor.

The music composed and selected expressly by Signor Operti, pianist to the King of Italy; the new scenery, illustrative of views in Spain, by Mr I. S. Lenox [sic].

To conclude with, on Monday, the laughable farce of

Boots at the Swan.

To conclude with, on Tuesday, the screaming farce, entitled

Faint Heart did win Fair Lady!

The entertainments, on Friday next, will be under the patronage ofThe proprietors!

On which occasion will be represented for the first time in Sheffield the highly interesting London comedy by T. Robertson, Esquire of

Lewis, Mr Albert Montgomery, Mr Wilson Parker, Miss Marie Paterson, Miss Fanny Pitt, Mr Carl Rowella, Miss Eliza Saville, Miss Shalders, Mr Montague Smythson, Mr Somerville, Miss Swift, Mr Roberts Tindell [sic], Mr E. W. Travers, Mr Frank Wilton.

Acting manager - Mr. A Montgomery. Scenic artist - Mr I S Lenox [sic]Stage manager - Mr Henry Frazer. Ballet master- Mr C Rowella.

Doors open at half past six. To commence at seven o'clock.

Dress circle, 3s., boxes, 2s., pit, 1s., gallery, 6d.,

private boxes, to hold six, one Guinea; to hold 9, one Guinea and a half.

Half price to dress circle, boxes, and pit, at nine o'clock.

The box plan at Mr. J Thorpe's, confectioner, 1, Fargate, where seats and tickets may be secured. The refreshment room, under the direction of Mr Henson, confectioner, Sheffield Moor.

Smoking strictly prohibited. Children in arms, one guinea.

Police always in attendance to maintain order.
