VALUABLE

TIMBER.

TO BE SOLD

by private contract,

all those four hundred and thirty-six

TREES,

NUMBERED WITH Scribes,

CONSISTING of OAK, Ash, Beach [sic], Sycamore, etc etc now standing and growing in the Gullies, and at the West End of the Park Bank Wood in the Liberty of Beauchieff [sic], near to Sheffield; together with the Bark and 18A 0R 28P of Underwood.

Also, 363 OAK POLES, 51 Ash, 14 Birch, 19 Alder [sic], 6 Elm, and 20 Cherry.

The Oak Timber is of good size, straight and of great lengths, very proper for Millwrights, Ship Building, etc. The Underwood is strong and good, about 30 years growth, and adjoining to good roads, within four miles of Sheffield.
