TIMBER.

To be Sold by Ticket,

At the House of Mr. Broomhead, in the Bowling Green Inn in NORTON in the county of Derby,

On Saturday the 18th Day of January, 1812,

Between the Hours of 3 and 5 O’clock in the Afternoon: subject to such Conditions of Sale as shall be then and there produced;

Now Standing and Growing in BEAUCHIFF [sic] PARK WOOD, near Sheffield, together with the Bark and Underwood, except such Trees as are marked with Paint, and intended to stand;

In the South West End of Beauchiff Park Wood 368 Oak, 14 Ash and Elm Trees numbered with Scribes, 20 Oak, 18 Ash, etc  crossed with Do. Together with about 26 Acres and 2 Roods of Underwood.

The Oak Timber is of a good size, straight and of great lengths, very proper for Ship Beams, Millwrights, etc.

The Underwood is strong and good, nearly 30 Years Growth, and adjoining to good Roads and within 3 Miles of Sheffield.

Mr. STEAD of Beauchiff Hall, will appoint a Person to shew the Wood, and other Particulars may be had of Mr. JOHN GREEN, Whittington.
