A large plan, covering all the Duke's land; colours distinguishing ownership; all plots numbered, corresponding to ACM/S/94 (numerical survey of Ecclesfield); some names given on the map. Property of the Earl of Surrey shaded in pink. Marked on this plan is: Top left: Mortomley, High Green, Barnes Hall, Hazle-houg[h]? Top right: Chapeltown, Whitley [added in a much later hand]. Bottom left: Woodhead, Wheata Wood, Tickhill Hill, Creswick Moor, Grenoside [added in a much later hand], Hunter House, Birley Edge, [River Don]. Bottom right: Brushhouses [Brushouses] Common Dimensions approx. 46 x 52.5 cm.
