Tenements now or lately held of the Earl of Surrey by Samuel Shore, esquire and let by the following under tenants: Thomas [?Quietshall], No 1 – a garden; Thomas Broadbent No. 2 – two houses, the widow of Montague Wortley No. 3 – a garden; Benjamin Ball No. 4 – a garden; George Cadman No. 5 – several houses and workshops; Ann Ball No. 6 several houses, yards, etc; Lately held by Samuel Roberts or let by him to the following undertenants: Thomas Holdsworth Nos. 7, 8, 14, 25, 29, 30  the larger Hibberd Field, shops lately built, a stable and dunghill, gardens and yard; John Clayton Nos. 9, 12 and 13 – houses, brewhouse, a house distinguished by the sign of the Brown Cow; Samuel White No. 10 - a small house; Joseph Hallam, No. 11 – a small house; Jonathan Moor No. 15 – a house near the Brown Cow; Andrew Reynes No 16 – a house near the Brown Cow; John Vickers No. 17 several small houses in Blind Lane; Roger Almand No. 18 – several houses there with a yard; William Bark No. 19 – several houses, a workshop, and yard; Jon. Beet No. 20 – sundry houses and a yard, and No. 26 a garden; John Oates No. 21 – several houses and a yard, and No. 27 a garden; Joseph Downing No. 22 – several houses and a yard; Anthony Ashton  No. 23 – several houses and a smithy; [?Anthony] Bradbury – No. 24 a house; |Thomas Booth No. 27 – a garden; - No. 31 footway betwixt the Hibberd Fields and the Townhead Fields; ? held by John Smith or let by him to under tenants; John Smith No. 32 – a garden and a garden house, No. 33 the vacant part of the [aforesaid?] Townhead Field. No. 34 ditto – part of the larger Town Head Field, No. 44 - sundry workshops, etc taken from Townhead Field; William Holdsworth No. 35 – several houses and a yard; Jonathan Hoyland No 37 [ditto; Robert Staniforth No. 38 – a workshop and part of a yard and warehouse; Nicholas Hobson No. 39 – a workshop, yard and part of a house and a passage; Michael Pryor No. 40 – a house and part of a yard and passage; Edmund [?Howfield] – No. 42 – part of a yard; Thomas Binney No. 42 and 43 – part of two yards or gardens.

Tenements in Balm Green: Edward Brownell No. 45 – a house and small yard, No. 47 ditto; Christopher Oates No. 46 – several houses and two small yards; Edward Alanson No. 48 – several houses.
