The plan was prepared for a dispute between the Burgesses and [William] Bramley: the house was schemed 'to induce Bramley to give up his situation'.

Scale 1 inch : 12 feet.

Marked: Town Hall, prison yard, Waingate, Castle Street, house layout (stable, stabel yard, kitchen, shop, parlour, dining room),  Thomas Moxon, and [Bridge Street].

Dimensions approx. 77 x 59 cm.
