Holy and Newbould's premises were measured in 1790, and the plan is in the handwriting of the second William who died in 1801.

Marked: Rockingham Street, Bright Street, Button Lane, pond, with the premises of Thomas Holy, W Newbould and Co; also marked John Bishop, Edward Saxton, J. E. Colley, Jos. Stringer, Samuel Sheldon, Twelve Capital Burgesses, Benjamin Brittain, Jon. Wainwright, James Bowden, Thomas Rutherford.
