In loving memory of William Smith, the beloved husband of Caroline Dack, who entered into rest July 3rd 1920, in his 68th year.

Don’t weep for me my wife and children dear because I die and leave you here, I always strove to do my best, but now I’ve gone to take my rest.

Also to the above names Caroline Dack, who fell asleep March 31st 1933 in her 83rd year. Reunited.

Lily Maud Smith Cawthorn, daughter of the above, died March 22nd 1961, aged 82 years.

Also Frederick Samuel Cawthorn, beloved husband of the above, killed on active service in France, Sept. 26th 1917, aged 40 years.

From Commonwealth War Graves Commission: Gunner Frederick Samuel Cawthorn (362884), Royal Garrison Artillery, 294th Seige Battalion. Buried The Huts Cemetery, VII. D. 7, Belgium. Son of Samuel and Lucy Cawthorn; husband of Lily Maud Smith Cawthorn, of 31, East Parade, Baildon, Shipley, Yorkshire.
