Do not socialise with anyone not in your household or support bubble (indoors or in your garden).

Do not socialise in a group of more than 6 in outdoor public spaces (e.g. parks, countryside, public gardens).

Pubs and bars must close, unless operating as restaurant.

Additional closures will include betting shops, adult gaming centres, casinos and soft play centres.

Gym classes will not be allowed and social distancing guidelines should be followed between people from different households (but gyms will remain open).

Avoid travelling outside the very high alert level area or staying overnight elsewhere in the UK (exemptions apply).
