In loving memory of Thomas Ernest Shuttleworth who died 13th June 1922 aged 57 years; also his son 2nd lieut. Ernest Ronald Shuttleworth who gave his life for his country 1st July 1916 aged 22 years. 2nd lieutenant Ernest Ronald Shuttleworth of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment (1st / 8th Battalion) was the Son of T. E. and Mary Edith Shuttleworth, of 5, Park Avenue, Riverdale Road, Sheffield. He is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, France (ref. Pier and Face 9 A 9 B and 10 B.) |
