A recreation hall for munition workers was opened at Tinsley yesterday by Dr. [Christopher] Addison, Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions. Our pictures show the Lord Mayor [Walter Appleyard], Councillor [Alfred] Bailey, and Dr Addison at the billiard table; Dr. Addison speaking at the opening ceremony; and a view of the interior of one of the huts provided for the munition workers.
