Bramwell (4th Battalion,York and Lancaster Regiment) Centre Driver Walter Froggatt (Royal Field Artillery) - a one time member of the St. Paul's Botherhood, Sheffield. Bottom (l.to r.) Private A. M. Best (Royal Garrison Artillery) - served in the South African Campaign and volunteered for present war and J. W. Carr (1st, Royal Naval Brigade) - in siege of Antwerp and now interned in Holland. Inscription at the top of the image reads Strike for your altars and your fires; Strike for the green graves of your sires; God, and your native land!
