Heavy Plant in the Sheffield Science Park was commissioned by Sheffield City Council Arts Department with sponsorship from Personal Computers plc., Compacq Computers Ltd., M.S.F., The Science Park Company and the Council's Department of Employment and Economic Development in 1988.
