Notes:

Ernest Duncum enlisted with the Seaforth Highlanders on 12 December 1915 and his service record shows that he was, at different times, attached to other Scottish Regiments (namely 2/6 Battalion Highland Light Infantry; 10th Battalion Royal Scots Fusiliers; 1st Reserve Garrison Battalion Highland Light Infantry), up until he was demobbed from the 8th Scottish Rifles (Cameronians) in December 1919.
