Inside the Union flag is a concertina set of views of Sheffield including the Botanical Gardens, High Street, Weston Park, Beauchief Abbey, Town Hall, Mappin Art Gallery, Sheffield University, King Edward School and the Stepping Stones, Endcliffe Wood.

This image was originally part of the Tim Hale Photographic Collection. It was purchased at auction in September 2019 through donations from members of the public and a grant from the Graves Trust.
