Sheffield and Amey the 6 Ds (Deceitful, Deluded, Dishonest, Destructive, Domineering, Deadly and Daft (Jarvic Cocker).

The 6Ds were used by the Council and Amey to determine if a tree should be removed (Dangerous, Dead, Diseased, Dying, Damaging, and Discriminatory).

The report criticised the Council for its leadership and culture and for misleading the public and the courts during the dispute over the management of the city's street trees, c. 2013-2018.
