Theatre Royal, Under the sole management of Mrs Chas. Pitt [Mrs Charles Pitt], 87, Norfolk Street. Licenced to play all the pieces of the Dramatic Authors Society. Last night but one of the present powerful company! Which has met with an enthusiastic reception from houses crowded in every part, whose verdict of approval has been ratified by that of the local press. Friday night, June 8th,has been set apart for the complementary benefit of Mr Coleman!! On which occasion the performance will be under the immediate patronage and presence of several of the Ex-mayors and Ex-Master Cutlers. On Friday evening, June 8th, 1866,at 7:30, the curtain will rise on Lytton Bulwer’s comedy of Money. The performances will conclude with the admired comedy, (compressed into three acts), by George Coleman, the younger, entitled The Heir at Law. Tomorrow, (Saturday), Monstre entertainment! Last night of Mr Coleman's company, and of the most successful drama produced for years, The Dead Heart!! [Performers:] Miss Bertha Adams, Mr Archer, Miss Jane Baber, Mr S. Calheam, Mr Cleveland, Mr Coleman, Mr Edward Coleman, Mrs Coleman, Mr Forrester, Mr Johnson, Mr McLaren, Mr A. E. Reynolds, Mr E. W. Royce, Mr Charles Sennett, Miss M. Young. Important notice. The following tariff of prices has been decided on, for the purpose of meeting the views of all classes of the community. All the boxes (on this occasion) by special request 2s. 6d. Pit (front seats reserved) 1s. Amphitheatre (back seats of pit) 6d.Gallery 3d., Half-price to dress circle and side boxes, at or about nine o’clock, 1s. 6d. and 1s.
