Audoire was originally from Guernsey but relocated to Sheffield c. 1911 where he lived at 12 Warwick Terrace, Walkley at the time of his enlistment with his wife Jessie (nee Mettam) (1893-1982) and his daughter Elsie Constance, known as Connie (1914-2006). Connie married Charles Dyson in Sheffield in 1950.
