Full title: Plan of the land purchased by Martin Marshall of John Hoyle made in order to correct the staking out and measurement of the lots agreed to be let to Hannah Watkinson, Thomas Morris and George Joseph Yates. The lots have been staked and measured by Foster the surveyor. Scale: five yards in an inch. Dimensions approx. 68 x 42 cm Original at Sheffield City Archives: FC/P/SheS/1021L.
