... and land measured for Thomas Sutton, clerk. To this has been pasted a plan of five lots of ground set out for the Twelve capital Burgesses near Leavy Greave received in exchange by them from Albert Smith. Part of the ground is on the first plan.

Shows Glossop Road, Wilkinson Street and Broad Lane. Names mentioned: Jacob Roberts, William Battie, Moses Tyzack, Aaron Tyzack, James Kirkby, Joseph Briggs, Thomas Holy, and Thomas Sutton, clerk.

Scales: 1. Half an inch to ten yards. 2. One inch to ten yards.
