Plaque reads Charter Square. Heart of the City. Opened by Councillor Julie Dore, Leader of Sheffield City Council, December 2020. Charter Square is the centre of Heart of the City - a major programme of renewal from Pinstone Street to Trafalgar Street. This plaque commemorates the development and renewal of seven hectares of land comprising new homes, workspace, retail and leisure and open spaces. |
