Notes:	The tall concrete structure in the mid-ground had been the Coaling Plant, where waggons had been carried to the top of the tower and discharged into a bunker, which allowed an engine's tender to be filled with coal quickly. This was in use until the shed 'closed to steam' in 1963. Information from J Thickitt.
