Jessie Audoire was the wife of Edward John Audoire (1888-1980) who served in the First World War with the Royal Engineers, 455th West Riding Field Company around the time the photograph was taken.
The family lived at the time at 12 Warwick Terrace, Walkley, Sheffield.
Connie Audoire went on to serve as an ARP ambulance driver in Sheffield during the Second World War, based at the ARP Ambulance Service Centre, Hartley Brook School, Sheffield.
Connie married Charles Dyson in Sheffield in 1950.
