Plaque reads: This native oak (Quercus robur) was planted in 2022 by the Association of Jewish Refugees to mark its 80th anniversary and to honour the loving memory of Jacob and Sonia Kalman and their sons, Henry and Eric. Their children give thanks to those wonderful people of Sheffield who helped Holocaust refugees to re-establish their lives here in 1939. |
