Information from Alan Brailey (former employee at SCC Publicity Department): The orange tensile tent was purchased for the Sheffield Spectacular in 1975. It stood in the Peace Gardens and was used for entertainment each night. In 1980 it was used during a promotion to encourage use of The Moor (‘The Moor the Merrier’).
