Title:Wightman family picnic
Location:Sheffield
Date:1893
Date Period:1851-1899
Notes:

Arthur Wightman (1842 - 1924) can be seen more clearly in this photograph (compared to arc02535) sitting second from the left. The young lady in front of him is thought to be Annie Maud Wightman (1854 - 1940), one of Arthur's sisters. Arthur's wife Edith Wightman (1850 - 1943), sitting behind Arthur, wearing a dark-coloured hat, is largely obscured by a young lady in front of her. The young gentleman in the centre, kneeling highest, is possibly Benjamin Arthur Wightman (1873 - 1937), Arthur's eldest son.
