Scale 5 chains : 1 inch [16 inches : 1 mile]. Surveyor: Robert Wilson. Simple plan of trees, with coloured boundary lines, the 'howlt' mentioned seems to be a band of more widely-spaced trees to the south although 'howlt' is normally interpreted as 'hill'. Acreages; compass rose and dividers and scale. C, loose. Dimensions: 26.5 x 35.5 cm. Original at Sheffield City Archives: ACM/MAPS/SheD/800S. Digitised with financial support from Sheffield and District Family History Society in memory of Professor David Hey (1938-2016) founder and life president of the Society. |
